Music video director Shane C. Drake is making his leap to feature films with "The CoolKids".
Described as a quirky teen comedy in the vein of "Napoleon Dynamite," set in the world of emo. AEI is producing the film which is out to cast and financers.
"The CoolKids" is written by Ramsey Dean, former Vice President of Victory Records. The franchise will include an original soundtrack, novel and line of merchandise.
