Viacom Inc. said Friday that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell the live-action film library of DreamWorks, which it recently acquired, to two financial buyers for $900 million. Soros Strategic Partners fund and Dune Entertainment will take control of the 59 library titles released through Sept. 15 for at least five years.
