Writer/Director John Boorman ("Excalibur", "The General") is set to begin work on "Tigers Tale" starting March 20th in Ireland reports IFTN.
Written by Boorman, "The Tiger's Tale" follows a man who is pursued by a murderous replica of himself after a seemingly chance encounter. The title of the film references a cautionary tale of a man who steps on a tigers tail and the Irish economic boom tagged The Celtic Tiger.
Brendan Gleeson stars in the project which will shoot over a period of seven weeks with locations around Dublin's City Centre, Cabinteely House and Wicklow.
