Story centers on a literary agent, played by Blucas, who moves into a coveted penthouse apartment. "Patrick Dempsey has signed on for Paramount Pictures' "Freedom Writers" and is in negotiations to join the cast of the Walt Disney Co. pic "Enchanted."
