Bride Wars: "Miramax has inked Kate Hudson to produce and star in "Bride Wars". The studio bought a pitch for the comedy, which will be written by "Saving Silverman" scribe Greg DePaul. "Bride Wars" pits two best friends in clash over their respective wedding plans..." (more info). Cordless: "Malcolm McDowell has committed to star in screenwriter Oren Moverman's directing debut "Cordless," with Steve Buscemi and Fisher Stevens also signing on for appearances in the dark comedy, which has set a late-March start date in New York City..." (more info). Elizabethtown: "Orlando Bloom has emerged as the leading candidate to replace Ashton Kutcher in director Cameron Crowe's next film.
