The Z Review has managed to land the first world exclusive pics of Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne in the currently filming "Batman Begins". The production was down in London's Canary Wharf filming at a restaurant last week for a scene with Bruce doing his true playboy thing - showing up with two gorgeous babes.
