MTV Films has acquired feature film rights to Marc Ecko's video game "Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure" says Reuters.
The Atari and Marc Ecko Enterprises game is slated for a February release. Described as an homage to graffiti culture, "Getting Up" is set in an alternate reality in a futuristic universe.
Players assume the role of a character named Trane as they learn and master various graffiti skills, whilst the likes of Sean "Diddy" Combs, Rosario Dawson, Brittany Murphy, George Hamilton, Giovanni Ribisi, Adam West and Andy Dick lend their voices to the game.
