A New Direction For Changeling

Director Peter Medak is no longer attached to helm Rogue Pictures' planned remake of Medak's own 1979 supernatural creeper "The Changeling" reports Dread Central.

Reliable sources say that Rogue Pictures is seeking a new visionary to take the helm of the project which Paul Haggis ("Crash", "Million Dollar Baby") has penned the latest draft of.

George C. Scott starred in the original film as John Russell, a grieving widower who takes residence in a large mansion. Not long after settling in, John is witness to a number of supernatural occurrences that reveal his new dwelling may have a dark past.
