After a brief hiatus of several weeks, production officially resumed on "Star Wars: Episode VII" earlier this week at Pinewood Studios in the United Kingdom.
As previously reported, the high-profile J.J. Abrams-directed sequel had to reschedule around a leg injury sustained by Harrison Ford from a ramp that served as a part of the set for the Millennium Falcon.
Ford had to undergo surgery following the injury in June, and while the production scheduled filming around him, only so much could be done before the project had to take a two week break in early August to allow the actor to finish healing.
The delay in shooting is still not expected to affect Star Wars: Episode VII's release date of Christmas 2015.
