More quotes regarding "Avengers: Age of Ultron" are still trickling out of interviews taken at Comic Con this year. First up, an interview with Chris Evans by Screen Rant talks about how Captain America is going to deal with the world around him following the collapse of S.H.I.E.L.D.:
"That’s gonna be a tougher one to answer without giving stuff away! You know, he is a soldier, so he does look for kind of a hierarchy, a structure, a chain of command. And now that S.H.I.E.L.D. is disbanded, The Avengers are leaning on one another without kind of a - there’s no boss to report to. So [Cap] is looking for a sense of home, in a way.
We start out as a team. In the first movie you have to establish the kind of team dynamic, but with this movie we get to hit the ground running. And we’re already a group, and we’re already kind of a team dynamic – and Spader [a.k.a. Ultron] throws a little bit of a wrench in the works."
Also today, a brief quote from Joss Whedon during a recent Nerd HQ interview in which Whedon was asked how the ending of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" will tie-in with next year's "Avengers: Age of Ultron". Specifically, will Steve Rogers give up on his hunt for Bucky Barnes:
" The fact is, Ultron is a clear and present danger and Bucky's in the wind. We do mention the fact that that's his sort of primary thing, but he's also working with The Avengers too. We're not ignoring it, but he definitely has to deal with a mad 8 foot robot, because that's one of those things that you put it off and it just gets worse."
