"Ashton Kutcher is setting up and producing sitcom "For Pete's Sake" at NBC. The workplace comedy revolves around five people who continually die and fail to get into heaven, thus sending them back to Earth for another go. Quintet will be reincarnated every couple of episodes but will have no memory of their past lives -- save, perhaps, for a sense of deja vu. And while their workplace settings will change, the core essence of the characters will remain constant. "Danny DeVito will return to the small screen next year in the FX comedy "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". DeVito will play a retiree who has moved back to Philadelphia to spend time with his children. The series' second season is set to debut in June. DeVito, 61, will co-star in all 10 episodes.
