The Mouse House has had a rather turbulent time of late. Its animation efforts end with a bunch of udders in next week's "Home on the Range" whilst Michael Eisner can be found somewhere that's far away from Burbank (at least pieces of him can).
The company however still managed to be last year's highest grossing studio thanks mostly to a swanky pirate and an animated fish. Its Buena Vista division continues to develop several dozen projects as well which are worth a look at and 'Elastic Shooter' has a breakdown of what to expect:
A writer is currently being sought for "Unnatural History" about a family trapped in the natural history museum that comes to life.
Stemple and Robinson are writing "Fiance" about when a wedding breaks off, the family sides with groom instead of their daughter, the bride.
Shonda Rimes is writing "Daddy's Girl", Tollin/Robins and Debra Chase are producing. About a guy who goes back to the small town he is from, a trampy girl shows up on her doorstep, it's his daughter. Broad comedy because of people's perception of their relationship.
Liz Garcia is writing "Trouble in Paradise" about a 16 year old who had her 15 minutes of fame but no one has told her. She and her mother go to visit her dad in Mexico, her mom gets kidnapped, they go find her/bond/etc.
Ben Affleck is tipped to reteam with Jerry Bruckheimer for "Glory Road", although his failed "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" may be resurrected as Mark Waters is now being rumoured to direct.

"Wind in the Willows" - Mark Friedman is attached.
"Overparenting" - Offspring producing. Sam Harper writing.
"Ice Princess" - Two female lead roles currently being sought.
"Other Guy"- Wagner and Goldberg writing. Shankman directing.
"Operation Prom Dress" - Teen musical with Amy Veltman writing.
"Extended Family" - Mel Bordeaux writing, Callie Khouri directing.
"Princess & The Pauper" - Ellen Vain and Turtletaub are producing.
"Casanova" - The biopic with Heath Ledger is heading for a July start.
"Navy Seal" - Described as "Spies Like Us" with a Jack Black character.
"Interior Decorators" - Michael Lembeck directing. Vic Levin rewriting.
"Guardian" - Ashton Kutcher no longer attached. Aiming for August start.
"Corporate Retreat" - Brad Copeland is writing, Tollin/Robbins producing.
"The Regulators" - Going to be a while because Patterson & Lin are busy.
"Orphan's Club" - Jane Startz and Beacon producing. J.P. Saladin writing.
"Ashland" - Ron Biggerloff is writing, Beau Flynn & Tripp Vinson producing.
