Steve Barker is slated to direct Umedia's "Zafari," a feature film set following a major zombie outbreak. In this new world, people can vidit a zombie safari park and pay to hunt and shoot the undead.
When its security is breached one day though, a group of guests find themselves in a fight for survival against the zombies. Paul Gerstenberger penned the script and filming begins this July in the UK and Spain.
Meanwhile, Chris Sparling ("Buried," "Sea of Trees") has been hired to pen the script for the Daniel Espinosa-directed adaptation of Jo Nesbo's bestselling crime novel "Blood On Snow" at Warner Bros. Pictures.
Leonardo DiCaprio remains attached to produce and star in the film about a hit man forced to go into hiding after he fails on a job and finds himself on the run with his intended target - who also happens to be his boss' wife.
