Game News: Destiny, Mass, Driveclub, Max

Destiny
"Halo" creators Bungie have confirmed they will have copies of their upcoming new IP "Destiny" available in playable form at this year's E3. They've also released twenty-one new photos from the game which can be seen at GamePur

Bungie have announced that Playstation 4 is their leading platform for development on the game, while there's still no PC version in the works with the game's design lead Lars Bakken saying "That doesn't mean it can't happen in the future, it just means it won't happen right now." Finally, a seven minute gameplay trailer is also out below:

Mass Effect Trilogy
It was one of the defining game series of last gen, now Chilean retailer Zmart Games has posted a retail listing suggesting the "Mass Effect" trilogy is getting remastered for the PS4 and Xbox One.

The listing has no information regarding release dates or prices. This follows on from rumors of a remastered trilogy emerging last month when a BioWare GM said the topic had been discussed. [Source: Joystiq]

Driveclub
Sony and Evolution have done a minor relaunch of the upcoming PS4 exclusive racing title "DriveClub", announcing an October 8th 2014 release date and posting a new trailer with "all new in-game footage captured directly from PS4".

Sony's Shuhei Yoshida says the nearly year long delay from the original release is so that the game can deliver on "our ambitious promise of creating a truly innovative, socially connected racing game. The problem with being ambitious is you have to be prepared to accept there will be challenges along the way. What 'DriveClub' offers has not been previously achieved in this category, and, because of this, the team needed more time to give you the game you're waiting for."

Mad Max
While we're waiting for "Just Cause 3," the game's makers Avalanche Studios has been busy on another project - a new game take on the classic "Mad Max" film franchise. Late last week came the news that the game has been delayed from late 2014 to sometime in 2015, which means 'Max' will probably get a showing at E3 to keep anticipation levels up. In the meantime, here's the recently released 'Magnum Opus' trailer.
