"Game of Thrones" showrunners D.B. Weiss and David Benioff are being kept at the helm of the biggest fantasy series on the air.
While a fifth season hasn't officially been ordered, both producers have signed on for two more seasons of the show which gives a good indication the show will continue on through at least a sixth season in 2016.
The upcoming fourth season adapts the second half of the third book in the series "A Storm of Swords". It's expected that the fourth and fifth books - "A Feast for Crows" and "A Dance with Dragons" will be combined to form the narrative of the fifth and sixth season.
Weiss and Benioff were behind the show going to air in the first place and have previously indicated that the show will end after seven or eight seasons (possibly with a movie).
