Kevin Smith has confirmed that his holiday horror anthology film "Comes the Krampus" will now shoot before he gets to work on a third "Clerks" film, not after as was originally planned.
Smith posted in a Reddit AMA that the plan is to shoot 'Krampus' in April with a 20-day schedule and an under $3 million budget. He also revealed why he decided to go with it first:
"At this point in time, nobody but me can make a CLERKS film. But ANYONE can make a Krampus picture. So before anyone else does, I figured it’s time to keep moving forward".
