One of the late Paul Walker's final films, "Brick Mansions," has scored an April 25th release date. Relativity and EuropaCorp will release this remake of French action movie "District B13" wide on that date.
Set in a dystopian future Detroit, Walker plays an undercover cop who is tasked with going into a tenement named Brick Mansions in order to disarm a neutron bomb that is ticking toward detonation. David Belle, RZA and Catalina Denis co-star
Relativity and EuropaCorp will make a donation, including the cost of the film's world premiere, to Walker's charity Reach Out WorldWide which funds disaster relief first responders.
Relativity had slated the coming-of-age sci-fi film "Earth to Echo" for the April 25th release date. That title has now been pushed back to July 2nd.
