Rising Australian actress Margot Robbie ("The Wolf of Wall Street," "About Time") is in negotiations to star as Jane in David Yates' "Tarzan" at Warner Bros. Pictures.
Robbie is also in talks to replace Amanda Seyfried in Craig Zobel's post-apocalyptic psychological thriller "Z for Zachariah" alongside Chris Pine and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
Robbie will first shoot 'Zachariah' in which she plays a young woman who believes she's the only survivor after a devastating nuclear event. She comes to learn she is not alone when two strangers wander onto her farm from the forest.
Then she hops onto the new take on Edgar Rice Burroughs' jungle hero starring "True Blood" hunk Alexander Skarsgard in the title role. Christoph Waltz and Samuel L. Jackson also star with filming to begin this Summer.
