Nick Nolte is set to join Fox's event series "Gracepoint", a remake of the British import "Broadchurch".

Nolte plays Jack Reinhold, a stubborn, unmarried, willful man who has lived in the town for 20 years and runs a wildlife observation program, one in which the murdered boy volunteered. [Source: The Wrap]

A downright creepy new trailer for Syfy's 'outbreak in an Arctic facility' thriller "Helix" has arrived. The series itself premieres on January 10th.

Wild Blue
Fox has decided to pass on its proposed Navy drama series "Wild Blue," which comes from the creators of "Justified". The series was said to be an upstairs/downstairs style look at the men and women on board a U.S. aircraft carrier and the pressure-cooker environment they live and work in.

The production hit difficulty when talks with Tim McGraw about starring fell through, and access to an aircraft carrier for filming proved to be extremely difficult. [Source: The Live Feed]

The fifth season of "Community" returns next week, and NBC has launched a new "Mad Men"-inspired commercial making fun of that show's deliberately vague and teasing promos.
