Warcraft
Daniel Wu ("New Police Story") and Clancy Brown ("Carnivale") have joined the cast of Duncan Jones' "Warcraft" for Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures. Filming begins in Vancouver next month.

The pair join a cast that includes Paula Patton, Anson Mount, Paul Dano, Colin Farrell, Travis Fimmel, Anton Yelchin, Ben Foster, Toby Kebbell. [Source: Screen]

Night at the Museum 3
Ricky Gervais will reprise his role as Dr. McPhee in Shawn Levy's "Night At The Museum 3" at 20th Century Fox.

Ben Stiller is reprising his lead role, and Gervais is back as his boss. Robin Williams also is returning as Teddy Roosevelt in the Christmas 2014 release. [Source: Deadline]

The Next Chapter Of The Purge
Zoe Soul ("Prisoners") has been cast in James DeMonaco's "The Purge" sequel which is apparently going by the title of "The Next Chapter Of The Purge" at Universal Pictures, Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes.

Like this past Summer's sleeper hit, this is set on the one day a year when crime is legal. Frank Grillo, Michael K. Williams, Carmen Ejogo, Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez also star. [Source: Deadline]

AWOL 72
Heather Roop ("All My Children") has scored the female lead in Christian Sesma's thriller "AWOL 72" at Triumphant Pictures. The story a renegade Marine (Luke Goss) with stolen intel who goes on the run.

Roop plays Laura, a onetime operative in Russia who defects to America and falls in love with said renegade Marine. Bokeem Woodbine and RZA also star. [Source: Deadline]

The ExpendaBelles
Zoe Bell ("Grindhouse") has confirmed she's had meetings over joining the rumored female Expendables project at Millennium Films. However, she says it hasn't progressed from there as they haven’t got a director attached at this point. [Source: Crave]

Castro's Daughter
Wilmer Valderrama has joined Sarah Siegel-Magness's historical drama "Castro's Daughter" at Mankind Entertainment and Smokewood Entertainment Group.

The story follows Fidel Castro's exiled daughter, Alina Fernandez, who escaped Cuba disguised as a Spanish tourist. Catalina Sandino Moreno also stars. [Source: Screen]
