"Better Call Saul" Coming To Netflix

Netflix and Sony Pictures Television have officially announced that "Better Call Saul," the spin-off to AMC hit "Breaking Bad," will be available exclusively to its streaming members in Europe and Latin America shortly after its airing in the United States in 2014.

In North America, the complete first season will be available to Netflix members after its season finale on AMC Networks. Netflix will be the exclusive subscription television service in all its territories for "Saul," like it has been in key territories of the recently concluded "Breaking Bad."

It has been people's ability to catch up on past seasons of "Breaking Bad" on Netflix that is thought to have been the key reason behind the massive ratings jumps for both halves of the shows fifth and final season. Such a partnership here is not unexpected.

This prequel spin-off series follows mall-based super lawyer Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) in the years before he became Walter White's attorney. From parking tickets to mass murder, from slip-and-fall to bond fraud, Saul handles it all.
