"Spartacus" actress Katrina Law has joined the cast of the second season of The CW's "Arrow" in the role of Ra's al Ghul daughter.
It's NOT the more well-known Talia though, rather Law is set to play Ra's first born daughter Nyssa al Ghul. In the episode, Nyssa is a powerful member of the League of Assassins who comes to Starling City in pursuit of The Canary (Caity Lotz).
In the comics, Nyssa is Talia's half-sister and the first born of Ra's in 19th century Russia. Disowned by her father, she's able to re-use one of his Lazarus Pits which essentially makes her immortal. Left barren by gruesome Nazi experiments during WW2, she ultimately turns on and kills her father.
Law first appears in the role in the second season's thirteenth episode "Heir to the Demon". Law marks the third "Spartacus" star to appear on "Arrow" following Manu Bennett (Slade Wilson) and Cynthia Addai-Robinson (Amanda Waller).
