UPDATE: It has worked. The Weinstein Company has won its appeal to lower the rating to PG-13 after receiving an exemption for two non-sexual uses of the f-word.
ORIGINAL: We saw a tease of it the other day, now the full 80-second video about the MPAA ratings controversy over "Philomena" has gone online. Producer Harvey Weinstein is appealing for a PG-13 rating following the acclaimed drama receiving an 'R' due to the use of two profanities that cannot be excised.
Weinstein has enlisted the help of the film's stars Judi Dench and Steve Coogan for an amusing "Funny or Die" sketch which seems Dench reprising her M role from the Bond films, and Coogan as Agent 002.
