A double dose of former Bond girl Olga Kurylenko today. In confirmed news, the "Quantum of Solace" and "Oblivion" star has signed on to Clive Tonge's supernatural horror thriller "Mara".
Room 101, Mann Made Films, The Solution Entertainment Group, and Synchronicity Entertainment are producing the film in which Kurylenko plays a criminal psychologist investigating the murder of a man seemingly strangled in his sleep by his wife.
She uncovers a mystery surrounding an ancient demon who kills people in their sleep and must save herself and the dead man's young daughter from becoming the next victims.
In less certain news, Schmoes Know claims Kurylenko is testing for the role of Wonder Woman in the "Batman vs. Superman" movie at Warner Bros. Pictures.
if true, that would make her one of the four women said to be in contention for the female lead role in "Batman vs. Superman," a role which hasn't been confirmed as a potential Wonder Woman just yet. As previously reported, "Thor" actress Jaimie Alexander is said to be one of the four as well.
