D.J. Cotrona ("G.I. Joe: Retaliation") and Zane Holtz ("The Perks of Being a Wallflower") are set to play Seth and Richie Gecko in the TV series adaptation of "From Dusk 'Til Dawn" at the El Rey Network.
George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino played the roles in Robert Rodriguez's original 1996 horror comedy film. Rodriguez is set to executive produce this ten-episode serialized drama which is scheduled to air in the Spring. He'll also direct the first two episodes.
Also onboard are Jesse Garcia ("Sons of Anarchy") as the new character Texas Ranger Freddie Gonzalez, and acting veteran Don Johnson in the recurring role of Sheriff Earl McGraw, a role Michael Parks briefly played in 'Dusk' and numerous other Rodriguez films.
No word on who'll play either the Fuller family or Salma Hayek's stripper Santanico Pandemonium, though Danny Trejo has previously suggested that he'll return as the bartender.
