Industry news site Production Weekly has tweeted that filming is slated to begin in February on the fifth "Mission: Impossible" movie.
Drew Pearce ("Iron Man 3") is writing the script with Chris McQuarrie ("Jack Reacher") slated to direct.
The project is said to be currently scouting locations out of its London production office. This was backed up by McQuarrie who has begun tweeting about pre-production in London with the tag #MI5Diary.
No details are available as to who will return for this entry beyond series star Tom Cruise. If this schedule holds true, Jeremy Renner's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" commitments may prevent him from returning.
