Christoph Waltz has closed his deal to star in the comedy sequel "Horrible Bosses 2" for New Line Cinema.
Waltz and Chris Pine will play a father-son team who steal an idea for a new invention from the main trio (Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis).
Waltz was linked to the role a while back, but potential scheduling issues meant he wasn't a lock until now.
Kevin Spacey and Jennifer Aniston have also signed on to reprise their roles from the first film. Sean Anders is directing from a script by John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein.
Production is currently under way in Los Angeles ahead of a late 2014 release.
