Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers
Disney and Marvel have announced "Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers," a new 2D anime series set to launch in Japan next spring. The series is said to exclusively target an audience of 6-12 year old boys.

The story will revolve around how The Avengers, Spider-Man and a group of teens must harness their respective fighting skills and superhuman powers to foil Loki’s scheme to take over the world. A Western release has not yet been confirmed.

Me Before You
"The Spectacular Now" and "(500) Days Of Summer" scribes Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber have been hired to work on the feature adaptation of Jojo Moyes' novel "Me Before You" at MGM. Moyes penned an earlier draft.

The story follows a young English woman hired as the caretaker for an affluent Londoner paralyzed in an accident. Their relationship soon moves in a surprising direction. [Source: Deadline]
