ABC is reportedly looking at resurrecting the cancelled medical investigative procedural series "Body of Proof".
Dana Delany starred in the show which was scrapped in May, but the network is now said to be considering plans to revive it following the axing of "Lucky 7" which replaced it in its timeslot.
If it were to be revived it would aim to premiere mid-season. ABC wouldn't comment on the report, and Delany says she's unaware of plans.
The scrapping of the series was a surprise. While not a hit show, it still managed to maintain one of the network's biggest audience averages (11 million viewers) and regularly performed better than three of the new four shows on the network. It was also a strong seller internationally.
