Casting: Roberts, Barnard, Bergland, Middleton

22 Jump Street
Craig Roberts ("Submarine," "Being Human") has scored a supporting role in the action comedy "22 Jump Street" at Sony Pictures. Roberts will play a character named Spencer.

Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill return in the film as cops who go undercover, this time pretending to be college students. Filming is currently underway ahead of a June 2014 release. [Source: THR]

The Devil's Harvest
Aneurin Barnard ("The White Queen") has been cast in George Mendeluk's new drama "The Devil’s Harvest" alongside Ben Kingsley, Terence Stamp, Max Irons and Samantha Barks. Shooting is currently underway in Romania and Ukraine.

Barnard will play Mykola in the story which follows a young man growing up in rural Ukraine who finds his life changed forever by the invasion of the Red Army and the subsequent persecution of his fellow countrymen as Stalin’s regime extends into Eastern Europe. [Source: Deadline]

Relative Happiness
Australian actress Melissa Bergland ("Winners and Losers") has landed the starring role in Deanne Foley's indie comedy "Relative Happiness". Filming begins at the end of October in Halifax.

An adaptation of the novel by Lesley Crewe, the story centers on a Bridget Jones-like character and her extended family in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. [Source: THR]

Intrusion
Tuppence Middleton ("Trance," "Jupiter Ascending") is set to star in David Bruckner's thriller "Intrusion" for Lava Bear Films and QED International.

Middleton plays a newly single photographer who has just inherited and moved into her grandmother’s San Francisco home. Her dreams of a happy, independent life are shattered when she becomes the target of organized stalkers who invade her entire life. [Source: The Wrap]
