The Fall TV season's second casualty is CBS' critically reviled sitcom "We Are Men" which has been kicked off the schedule effective immediately - after only two episodes went to air.
The Jerry O'Connell, Kal Penn and Tony Shaloub-led comedy opened to a mere 2.0 rating and 6.6 million viewers in its premiere week, dropping to 1.8 and 5.4 million in its second. They are not dismal ratings, but it is the show that's dragging down the rest of the network's Monday line-up.
As a result, CBS is shifting around its Monday night schedule. For the next three weeks it will now begin with "How I Met Your Mother" at 8pm, "2 Broke Girls" is moving to 8:30pm, repeats of "The Big Bang Theory" will now hit at 9pm, and solidly performing newcomer "Mom" will stay locked in at 9:30 p.m.
Then, on November 4th, the new season of the popular "Mike & Molly" will be slotted into the 9pm timeslot.
