Several cable shows have just scored season renewals.
FX has ordered a fourth and final season of its Elijah Wood-led comedy "Wilfred". The final ten episodes will make the move to the FXX channel next year.
The show's producers were reportedly notified well ahead of time so as to have an opportunity to tie up loose ends.
Next up, USA has renewed its espionage drama "Covert Affairs" for a 16-episode fifth season.
The series is currently midway through its fourth season and is averaging nearly 4 million viewers an episode.
Finally, ABC has ordered a second season of its Canadian-made summer drama "Motive". The series maintained a steady 1.4/4 rating this past Summer.
The move means the network will bring back its entire summer scripted lineup next summer.
