Several new stills, a red-band trailer and a TV spot are out for the Nick Stoller-directed comedy "Neighbors" starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron in roles that are essentially the opposite of their usual personas.
Rogen and Rose Byrne play new parents happily settling into a comfortable new neighborhood. Trouble is next door is turned into a rowdy frathouse. Things soon escalate into an all out war in a comedy trying to evoke the likes of "Animal House".
The trailer shows off the R-rated fun on offer, while the TV spot and new shots are all about the Efron beefcake factor. It's a surprisingly early launch for the film which doesn't open in cinemas unit May next year.
