Its been an oddly busy weekend on the rumor front regarding the upcoming "Batman vs. Superman" project.
First up Latino Review reports that according to a new e-book, Warner Bros. Pictures wants Christian Bale to reprise his role.
In fact, they're desperate enough that he might be offered a "potential $50 million payday" for the job (though that's dependent on the film performing).
In equally dubious gossip, the latest apparent new name added to the contenders list is 36-year-old "Pirates of the Caribbean" star Orlando Bloom according to The Daily Express.
Their source claims: "Orlando looks odds-on to get the part even before our first casting call. He would be perfect to play off Henry [Cavill] and I think US audiences would be happy with two Brits as the joint male leads."
