"District 9" filmmaker Neill Blomkamp has confirmed that he and co-writer Terri Tatchell have penned an eighteen-page treatment for the follow-up "District 10".
He also says he has a "really f---ing cool" idea for the story. The downside? The filmmaker isn't ready to commit to the project just yet.
Instead, Blomkamp is focused on his $60 million sci-fi drama "Chappie" starring Sharlto Copley and Dev Patel. That film centers on a sentient android robot and will shoot in Johannesburg this Fall.
