Better Call Saul
"Breaking Bad" show runner Vince Gilligan says the Saul Goodman-led spin-off series is getting closer to reality:

"It’s not a done deal yet, but it’s definitely something we’re full speed ahead on trying to get going. We are plugging away coming up with a pitch and a take on it for the network and studio, and hopefully everyone will agree that there's a really fun show to be had here." [Source: Radio Times]

Luther
The third season premiere of cop drama "Luther" premiered on UK’s BBC One on Tuesday night, nabbing 5 million viewers and a 21.7% share.

That marks the lowest season premiere in the show’s history, 600,000 viewers off from the last episode which aired in 2011. [Source: Deadline]

Lost Angels
Louis Lombardi ("24") has joined the cast of TNT's upcoming Frank Darabont-produced period cop drama "Lost Angels".

Lombardi will play Stucky, a henchman for the series antagonist - mobster/former boxer Mickey Cohen (Jeremy Luke). [Source: The Live Feed]

PBS
PBS has expanded its licensing agreement with Netflix. The deal will include UK mystery "The Bletchley Circle," "Masterpiece Classic: Great Expectations," various Ken Burns films, and past seasons of "Nova" and "Secrets of the Dead". [Source: THR]
