Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard's acclaimed 2012 horror comedy "The Cabin in the Woods" is getting a theme park attraction.
Universal Orlando's annual Halloween Horror Nights celebration has bold plans this year - to recreate both the cabin itself and the labyrinthine subterranean base containing hellish monsters.
Goddard will pen a storyline for the attraction exploring the mythology and background of the organization based underneath the cabin.
Attendees will essentially be treated like new recruits to the organisation, and subjected to various induction films. Classic Universal monsters may also be incorporated into the attraction.
The attraction will run select nights from September 20th through November 2nd.
