HBO's "Game of Thrones" has once again earned the (dubious) honor of being named the most pirated show on television.

In a rankings report published by TorrentFreak about TV piracy over the past few months, the average episode of the recent third season of 'Thrones' was reportedly downloaded 5.2 million times.

That figure is well above the 2.9 million and 2.85 million per episode download figures of second and third place series "The Big Bang Theory" and "How I Met Your Mother".

Rounding out the top ten were AMC's "The Walking Dead" (2.7M), CBS' "Hannibal" (2.1M), History Channel's "Vikings" (1.9M), The CW's "Arrow" (1.85M) and "The Vampire Diaries" (1.8M), and ABC's "Modern Family" (1.75M) and "Revenge" (1.7M).

'Thrones' also broke a record with this year's season finale which, at one point, saw 170,000 simultaneous shares on BitTorrent.
