Apple TV, the Cupertino company's little black media streaming box, is now integrating the likes of HBOGo, WatchESPN, Sky News, Crunchyroll and Qello into their interface.
Both HBOGo and WatchESPN are only available to existing cable subscribers who have the channel as part of their cable package. The much desired option of obtaining an HBOGo account without a cable subscription is sadly still not coming in the foreseeable future.
At the same time, Apple says its iTunes service is pumping out 800,000 TV shows per day and over 350,000 movies per day, with over 1 billion shows and 380 million movies served since iTunes started selling them.
