Casting: McNairy, Avgeropoulos, Thewlis, Decker

Black Sea
Scoot McNairy ("Monsters," "Argo") is set to join Jude Law in Kevin Macdonald's underwater adventure feature "Black Sea" at Focus Features. Law plays a rogue skipper who gathers a crew and a submarine in order to search for sunken treasure.

McNairy plays an American who convinces the captain to undertake the mission, even though the skipper has been double crossed before and thinks it could be a set-up. [Source: Deadline]

Tracers
Canadian actress Marie Avgeropoulos ("The 100," "Cult") will star as Taylor Lautner's love interest in Daniel Benmayor's 2014 parkour-themed action thriller "Tracers" at Temple Hill Entertainment.

Avgeropoulos plays a skater girl who runs with a gang of street criminals. She meets Lautner’s bike messenger and pulls him into her world, and a love triangle with a member of her crew. Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey ("The Twilight Saga") will produce. [Source: Deadline]

Eliza Graves
David Thewlis and Brendan Gleeson have joined the cast of the Brad Anderson-directed thriller adaptation of Edgar Allen Poe's short story "Eliza Graves" at Millennium Films. Shooting begins next week.

The story follows a young doctor who comes to apprentice at a mental institution and meets a beautiful patient that he falls in love with amidst a set of difficult circumstances. Kate Beckinsale, Jim Sturgess, Ben Kingsley and Michael Caine also star. [Source: Deadline]

Stretch
Brooklyn Decker ("Battleship") is set to join Patrick Wilson in Joe Carnahan's low-budget action-comedy "Stretch" which begins filming this Summer. Decker will play Wilson's ex-girlfriend, a wild girl engaged to be married to another man.

Wilson stars as a down-on-his-luck limo driver who hopes to relieve his debt to a bookie by driving around a mysterious billionaire (Chris Pine) trying to sell his ledger of criminal associates to the highest bidder. [Source: The Wrap]
