Ray Winstone has joined the cast of Pierre Morel's "The Gunman" for Silver Pictures and Studio Canal. Winstone plays the mentor of a hitman (Sean Penn) who is betrayed and then hunted by the organization he worked for.

Sam Riley ("Control," "On the Road") has joined the cast of Saul Dibb's WW2 drama "Suite Française" based on Irene Nemirovsky's novel. Riley will play the role of a French soldier named Benoit.
The story follows a young woman (Michelle Williams) in Nazi-occupied France who ends up falling in love with a German officer (Matthias Schoenaerts). Dibb and Matt Charman adapted the story, and shooting begins in Belgium and Paris later this summer. [Source: Deadline]
