"Chronicle" star Michael B. Jordan has shot down early online reports that he will re-team with that film's director Josh Trank on the upcoming "Fantastic Four" reboot.
"Nothing is real. Everyone knows we're good friends. It's something that if it happened I would be ecstatic. I'd love to be a part of it" he tells USA Today.
Asked about the fan backlash to his potential casting, he says: "Things change and time goes on, it's 2013 right now. The characteristics of the Human Torch are his name is Johnny Storm, he's charismatic, and he's a playboy. That's it. You know what I'm saying? That's all there is."
Trank helms from a script by Seth Grahame-Smith, Michael Green and Jeremy Slater.
