With the major network up fronts over, only one major network drama's fate remains unknown - NBC's "Hannibal".
The network has held off on the decision despite good reviews, initially strong ratings (which have slipped a little bit), and a production model that means the network itself gets the show for only a fraction of the cost of other dramas.
Now, Deadline reports that at least one cable network is interested in picking up the series should NBC pass on a second season. Amazon has also reportedly expressed interest for its original programming VOD service.
No actual shopping around or talks have happened yet as the producers are awaiting NBC's decision.
