Leighton Meester, Gillian Jacobs and Adam Brody are set to star in Susanna Fogel's comedy "Life Partners". Fogel co-wrote the script with Joni Lefkowitz.
The story follows codependent friendship between two very different girls — type-A Paige (Jacobs) and lesbian slacker Sasha (Meester). Dermot Mulroney has joined Michael Cohn's thriller "Sacrifice" at JuntoBox Films. The film is currently in production in Houston. The story follows four teens from a small Texas town as they come face-to-face with their own consciences after a tragic accident.
