Last year we saw duelling "Snow White" films, the lighter "Mirror Mirror" in March followed by the darker fantasy "Snow White and the Huntsman" in June.
Same situation this year, but the story this time is terrorists taking over the White House. The trailer for the first of these films, Antoine Fuqua's "Olympus Has Fallen," has arrived.
Said to be the more serious (but lower-budgeted) of the two, Gerard Butler stars as a disgraced secret service agent who must rescue the U.S. President (Aaron Eckhart) after Korean terrorists take the White House.
The other film is Roland Emmerich's "White House Down" in June and it is said to have a 1980s buddy cop-flavored approach. In that one, Channing Tatum is the agent while Jamie Foxx is the President.
