Awards: BAFTA and DGA Noms Announced

The nominations for the biggest awards in British cinema, the BAFTAs, have been announced and "Lincoln" leads the pack with ten.

That's followed by "Les Misérables" and "Life of Pi" with nine, "Skyfall" with eight, "Argo" with seven, "Anna Karenina" with six, "Django Unchained" and "Zero Dark Thirty" with five, "The Master" and "Amour" with four, and "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" and "Silver Linings Playbook" with three.

Meanwhile, the Directors Guild of America has announced its five nominees for the DGA Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film for 2012.

Those who made it include: Ben Affleck for "Argo," Tom Hopper for "Les Miserables," Ang Lee for "Life of Pi," Steven Spielberg for "Lincoln" and Kathryn Bigelow for "Zero Dark Thirty".
