Wonder Woman
Despite the failure of the NBC "Wonder Woman" pilot last year, TV producer David E. Kelley believes The CW's upcoming WW prequel project "Amazon" will have better luck.

Kelley says: "I still believe it's viable for a television series. I think it's ripe to do it. We made mistakes with ours. My only regret is we were never given a chance to correct them… I do believe it can work for the CW. They're smart to try it." [Source: The Live Feed]

BBC America has acquired the eight-part ensemble ITV British drama series "Broadchurch" starring David Tennant, Olivia Colman, Vicky McClure and Arthur Darvill.

The story explores what happens to a small community when it suddenly becomes the focus of a major murder investigation and is subjected to the full glare of the media spotlight. [Source: Deadline]
