Griffin Dunne, Denis O'Hare and Deerhunter frontman Bradford Cox will join Matthew McConaughey in the cast of Jean-Marc Vallee's AIDS drama "The Dallas Buyers Club."
The true story tale follows Ron Woodroof (McConaughey), a Texas electrician diagnosed with AIDS who took it upon himself to find alternative medicine in order to treat himself. Dunne and O'Hare play doctors, Cox will play the lover of Jared Leto's character. [Source: THR]
