"Skyfall" co-writer John Logan and director Sam Mendes are re-teaming for a TV drama series being shopped around to premium cable networks.
The show is said to be akin to Alan Moore's comic "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" which was adapted into a poorly received film nearly a decade ago. Like that comic, this follows an assortment of fictional literary characters.
These ones however, which include Van Helsing and Doctor Frankenstein amongst them, are hunting vampires around 1800s London.
This would mark the first TV series projects from either Logan or Mendes. Logan has penned the script with Mendes attached to produce and possibly direct.
