Producers Tom Donaghy ("The Whole Truth") and Greg Berlanti ("Arrow") are teaming up on the drama series "Napa" for NBC reports The Live Feed.

Set against the backdrop of Napa Valley, the project is being pitched as a contemporary take on Emily Bronte's "Wuthering Heights" which deals with a doomed love affair.

Berlanti is also teaming with Sara Goodman ("Gossip Girl") for the drama "Family Affair" which is also set up at the network. That show will revolve around two families in a small Connecticut town who are thrown together when an accident claims the lives of a mother and father who were having an affair.

Both projects have received a put-pilot commitment.
